KDS undertook the design delivery of this luxury development overlooking Lord’s Cricket Ground on behalf of Regal London.

Design

The facades are of a unique cast aluminium design, by Simon Bowden Architects with the interiors by Kelly Hoppen which KDS are incorporating as part of the detail design

St John’s Wood

Units range from one, two and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses with accompanying roof terraces.

There are total of 50 number automated “puzzle-type” car parking spaces, accommodated within a double volume basement.

This is UK’s first automated parking system (APS) to support Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging.
