The brief
A mixed-use development in the centre of Putney comprising of 73 residential units with 3 commercial units arranged over 3 levels
Situated on a sloping busy high street corner site. The development had some key challenges during the design and preconstruction phase including retention of mature trees, right of way through the site to adjoining office development and high-water table.
An innovative solution was provided so that building can be built over live thames water assets.
