The Brief
KDS were appointed by Regal Homes London to undertake detailed design of this luxury home in the Arts and Crafts style, located in the heart of Hampstead.
The original planning of the house was designed by PKS Architects. When KDS were appointed, KDS submitted a S73 application. This included the addition of a swimming pool in the basement, change of the external facade to Art’s & Crafts design, statement staircase, additional of two no bedrooms and a summer house in the garden. Further to successful approval of the S73 application, KDS were appointed by Regal Construction to deliver the project to RIBA stage 6 on a Traditional contract.
The house boasts 2 reception room, formal and informal dining, 5 bedroom with en-suite, subterranean swimming pool, home cinema, gym, treatment room and spa facilities
