The Brief
KDS were appointed as design completion architects for the Athlete’s Village, Plot No.2, for the 2012 London Olympics, by Ardmore Construction Ltd, from a concept design by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands.

Design
The residential blocks were designed and built to accommodate temporary accommodation (Games Mode) for the athletes, ready for conversion into 297 residential units as part of the Legacy works, under the direction of the Olympic Delivery Authority during the Games.
